FDCMS REAL-TIME REMOTE TRAINING and TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Whether you subscribe to our Annual Technical Support Agreements or just need assistance on a per-incident basis, we are prepared to assist you with any FDCMS related program configuration or training issue you may be having. After we have established contact with you, we are able to supply you with our Remote Support helpdesk utility which permits us to safely and securely log on to your ADI or FSID computer so that we can remotely see what you are seeing. After you give us permission to access your work station we can then begin to help you solve the issue at hand. Once we have disconnected from your PC, our Remote Support utility will automatically remove itself from memory so that nobody can access your computer without your permission.
  1. To get started, click here to download our Remote Support utility on to your PC that you want us to remotely look at. RemoteSupport is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server and Vista.

  2. In the File Download window click on the Run button.

  3. You may also be prompted to verify the publisher in order to run the software. Click on the Run button.

  4. After a few moments the Remote Support utility will connect to our support server.

  5. After support issues have been completed you may close the Remote Support utility by right clicking on the Remote Support icon in the Windows tray area (normally where the clock is at the bottom right side of your screen) and Selecting Close.
