ADI numeric prefix This number is your two-digit county-assigned prefix. Used in the following counties: Madison, NY, Nassau, NY, Onondaga, NY and Chester, PA.
ADI Agency ID This is your county-assigned agency code. It is usually three or four letters like 'GSHF'. Used in the following counties: Onondaga, NY and Chester, PA. In Montgomery, PA this is your Municipality Code. Wayne, NY can use multiple IDs within one agency. If you are unsure what your code is then enter 'Unsure' in this field and we will research it for you.
ORI # Used in the following counties: Broome, NY, Livingston, NY. If you are unsure what your code is then enter 'Unsure' in this field and we will research it for you.
Authorized Venues Used in the following counties: Broome, NY, Cayuga, NY, Cortland, NY, Livingston, NY. If you are unsure what your code is then enter 'Unsure' in this field and we will research it for you.

Alarm Data Interface - New customer license fee. This fee is for your main station.

Alarm Data Interface Lite - New Customer license fee. This version contains all features of ADI minus Notification, Repeat Mode and Dispatch Printing functions. Ideal when you only need an interface between CAD and your NFIRS application.
Data Export Option - A one-time fee per fire station to enable the data export features of ADI. This feature is necessary when exporting to FIREHOUSE Software Standard Edition. Note: FireHouse may charge a fee to enable their Import option.
Annual ADI Software Upgrade Agreement - Includes all significant feature upgrades imposed by others while the agreement is in effect. Upgrades will be available for download from the FDCMS website throughout the term of this agreement. Remote technical support is included here for the life of this agreement.
Alarm Data Interface Upgrade - Fee for the upgrading of software at each fire station or location. This fee is only necessary when you are not subscribed to the Annual ADI Software Upgrade Agreement. This service can not be used in place of CAD Upgrades.
ADI Compatible External Modem - ADI compatible internal modem. Modem is matched to your dispatch center's data format.
ADI Compatible Internal Modem - ADI compatible internal modem. Modem is matched to your dispatch center's data format. (Check with FDCMS for availability in your county).
Modem Cable - This field is not used.
Rapid Page - Allows users to send manual text messages to cell phones, alpha pagers and computers via TCP/IP (Internet). License fee is per fire station.
Annual Rapid Page Software Upgrade Agreement - Annual upgrades include all significant feature upgrades to Rapid Page while the agreement is in effect. Upgrades will be delivered to customer either by US Mail or E-mail. The most recent upgrade will be sent to customer 30 days prior to agreement expiration. Remote technical support is included here for the life of this agreement.
Incident Data Exchange Controller - This application handles all IDEx processing including LED sign control. One Controller required per fire station.
Incident Data Exchange Display - This application displays alarm and messaging information on station video monitors. This license allows you to install IDEx Display on an unlimited number of computers in this station.
Incident Data Exchange Web Portal - Annual fee for unlimited access to our Web Portal where authorized individuals can create and maintain station messaging from anywhere on the Internet. This option is required in order to utilize station messaging.
Annual Incident Data Exchange Support Agreement - This agreement includes download access to all IDEx application updates, Remote Technical Support and Web Portal access for the life of the support agreement.
Fire Station Information Display - Required when your agency is purchasing FSID for the first time. License fee is per fire station. This application can be installed on an unlimited number of computers in one station.
Additional Fire Station Information Display - Fee for each additional fire station, location, etc.
Fire Station Information Display Upgrade - Fee for the upgrading of software at each fire station or location. This fee is only necessary when you are not subscribed to the Annual FSID Software Upgrade Agreement.
Annual FSID Software Upgrade Agreement - Annual upgrades include all significant feature upgrades to FSID while the agreement is in effect. Remote Off-Site Setup and Instruction - FDCMS will remotely log in to your computer to install and configure our software as well as train you on its operation. You can be sitting in front of your computer and we'll visually walk and talk you through setup. This fee does not include any network configuration and is only for one computer.
On-Site Installation and Instruction - Includes the one-time installation, configuration and instruction on the use of any purchased FDCMS software and stand-alone hardware, excluding LED signs and cabling. Also, installation and configuration of any minor peripheral computer equipment such as modem or printer is included. This fee does not include any network configuration and is per fire station.
On-Site Installation and Instruction with Network Configuration - Includes the one-time installation, configuration and instruction on the use of any purchased FDCMS software and stand-alone hardware, excluding LED signs and cabling. Also, installation and configuration of any peripheral computer equipment such as modem, hardware router/firewall, DDNS or printer is included. This fee includes any and all network configuration necessary to allow FDCMS software to operate as designed in a Local Area Network environment on up to 5 workstations (over 5, call for price). This fee is per fire station. Note: we will need Administrative level access to all hardware and software involved.

USB To Serial Converter - Used when there are no serial comm ports available on your PC for a modem or LED sign.
2-Port PCI Serial Card - Allows you to add two DB-9 RS-232 ports to your PC for a modem or LED sign. One unused PCI slot must be available in your computer.
2-Port PCIe Express Serial Card - Allows you to add two DB-9 RS-232 ports to your PC for a modem or LED sign. One unused PCIe (Express) slot must be available in your computer.
Custom 75' Serial Sign cable- Required when the 25' cable (included with the BetaBrite 1036) is not long enough between your LED sign and the controlling PC.
Custom 125' Serial Sign Cable- Required when the 25' cable (included with the BetaBrite 1036) is not long enough between your LED sign and the controlling PC.
SMTP Service- Both ADI and Rapid Page require a SMTP server. Our SMTP service is a fast and reliable alternative to your Internet Service Provider's server. Our service now includes access to both a primary and a backup server to help insure that your messages get out. We bill you annually for this service.
POP3 Service- Use this service if your dispatch center sends your incident data to you via e-mail. ADI requires a dedicated POP3 mailbox to poll. If you don't have one we can supply you with one. This annual fee also includes access to our SMTP Service (described above).
