| Registered
and demonstration versions of ADI and IDEx are now acquired by downloading the
appropriate program below. Please understand the following before downloading: |
| * A unique
Agency Key is required from FDCMS before ADI or IDEx will run. |
| * If you have
an active ADI or IDEx support agreement then you can now download the current version
here. |
| * Without an active support agreement,
you will not be able to run a version of ADI or IDEx higher than the Ceiling Version listed on your application. Instead,
please purchase an upgrade or support agreement. |
| * Each
installation (fire station) requires its own unique Agency Key. |
| * ADI program
updates require the full version of ADI (version 8.0 or higher) to already have
been installed. |
| * Be sure to make a backup of the application version that you download. It may need to be used if you should have to reinstall it in the future outside of a support agreement. |
