Computer and Networking Services

In our travels to area fire stations, we will often come across departments that hire out the service work on their PCs and/or networks.  Often, the support that these departments receive from their service company is lacking.  The end result is that the fire department has to wait an extended amount of time for service and/or the price for the service is way out of line.  Most fire departments don't have the financial resources available to pay a corporate computer service company to get their systems where they should be and, more often than not, have to settle for something less than they want or need.
